Farmer arrested for carnapping in Paracelis

PARACELIS, Mountain Province  – A 20-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence based on a warrant for alleged carnapping in his residence at Bantay, here, Saturday.

            Senior Superintendent Allen Ocden, provincial director of the Mountain Province Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Ronnie Macalling Palangdao aka “Rickets”, 20 years old, single, farmer and resident of Bantay, Paracelis, Mountain Province.

            He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Bernabe A. Mendoza of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 23 in Roxas, Isabela for carnapping with a recommended bail of P60,000 for his temporary liberty.

            The arrested individual was brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
