TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The province’s No. 1 most wanted person facing four counts of rape was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his alleged hideout at sitio Tabban, Pagonsino, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, Tuesday morning.
Senior Superintendent Brent Majaco, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted person as Florendo Acday, 60, male, and a resident of Bantay, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marcelino K. Wakas of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk city for four counts of rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk city Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
