BAGUIO EYES PERMANENT BAN ON FIRECRACKERS – City officials headed by Mayor Mauricio Domogan. Rep. Marquez Go and Vice Mayor Edison Bilog soaked a minimal number of confiscated firecrackers from knuckle-headed illegal vendors due to the strict implementation by the police and offices concerned.. HONEST KIDS – Pinsao Pilot Project Kagawad Bernard Batay-an commends 12-year old Denwin Fag-ayan and 8-year Denwin Sad-ang for their honesty after returning the money worth P820. The boys did everything to locate the owner and requested their playmates to help them ask around to the point of hailing passersby. The find turned out to be that of 20-year old Regine Badsa-ay who dropped the money when she bought a kilo of rice and vegetables.
