LUNA, Apayao – Some 196 newly appointed and promoted employees from various departments and hospitals of the provincial government pledged their commitment during the mass oath taking held on August 5, 2024 held at AETSC-Grandstand (Payanan) in San Gregorio, this municipality.
This is part of the plans of Governor Elias C. Bulut Jr. to provide better services to the people of Apayao by hiring competent and dedicated workers to join in the push to progress.
Bulut, Jr., himself administered the oath-taking ceremony for the employees, expressing his heartfelt congratulations and encouraging them to carry out their prescribed tasks with utmost responsibility, integrity, loyalty, and efficiency.
The governor also underlined the critical role that each employee plays in providing quality and effective services to the constituents of Apayao.
The said oathtaking marked a significant milestone by diligently filling vacant Plantilla positions. This initiative reflects a commitment to prioritize job security for dedicated and long serving government employees.
As they formally took their pledge to adhere to the mandates of the provincial government, the employees expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the provincial government.
Marie Claire Palattao, promoted as Supervising Administrative Officer (SAO) said in an interview that the oath-taking ceremony of newly appointed and promoted employees is not just about the position, rather it emphasizes their renewed and strengthened commitment to public service, by serving the yApayaos with a heart.
“I am forever grateful to the provincial government headed by Gov. Butzy, for the trust and putting first in his priorities the welfare and professional growth of every employee, so blessed to be part of the provincial government workforce,” she said.
