ALFONSO LISTA, Ifugao October 12 – Two persons were arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa in their residence at Purok 2, San Marcos, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individuals as Charlie Cumarat Jacob, 35, married, farmer and Lino Cumarat Santa Ana, 39, married, farmer and both residence of Purok 2, San Marcos, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.
The duo was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Harris Namuje of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) Alfonso Lista, Ifugao for attempted homicide with a fixed bail of P12,000 each for their temporary liberty.
The arrested individuals were brought to the Alfonso Lista Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to their turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against them.
