BANGUED, Abra March 17 – Two persons were injured after they were stabbed by two brothers inside their boarding house at Linasin, here, recently.
Police authoritieis identified the injured individuals as Guinnay Timbreza, 27, single, unemployed, a native of Bangilo, Malibcong, Abra, and Michael Dagsaan Requiño, 26, single, laborer and a resident of Zone 1, Bangued, Abra while the suspects were named as Mark July Guinnay Minog and Jewell Guinnay Minog, both residents of Bangilo, Malibcong, Abra.
Initial police investigation showed that the victims were inside their boarding house when the suspects arrived and started kicking the door of their room until it was forced open.
At this juncture, the suspects then repeatedly stabbed the victims on the different parts of their bodies before fleeing towards an undisclosed direction.
The victims were rushed to the Abra Provincial Hospital for medical treatment where they were later confined while the suspects are now the subject of a manhunt operation by responding police operatives.
