BAGUIO CITY – Two minors were arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents after having found in their possession alleged shabu during the implementation of the curfew for minors along Abanao Street, here, Tuesday dawn.
Police authorities identified the arrested minors as Amino Normila Aratoc, 16; and Kevin Palangpangan, 15.
Initial police investigation showed the two minors were initially apprehended for violation of the curfew for minors and while inside the police station, they gave their consent for them to be frisked by concerned police officers that resulted to the discovery from their possession of three sachets containing suspected shabu.
The minors were subsequently turned over to the Women and Children’s Desk of the Baguio City Police Office for proper disposition while the confiscated illegal drugs were brought to the crime laboratory for qualitative test.
