City officials congratulated and commended Maria Jonah Divina ‘Ponay’ Bajun Draculan for being crowned the grand winner of the Miss Model Search International 2023 held in VHT Movie Studio 12 District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam last January 7, 2023.
Under Resolution No. 054, series of 2023, local legislators stated that Ms. Draculan believes that impossible is the new possible and that the people and officialdom of the city takes pride and honor for her recent accomplishment in the international scene.
Draculan, a proud Filipino and a Baguio born girl was crowned the Grand Winner of the Miss Model Search International Model 2023.
Further, she also won the Best in Talent and Top 3 in the swimwear competition in the said event.
Draculan is a graduate of the St. Louis University (SLU) and is currently working as a freelance business and investment consultant and insurance agent at the FWD Matterhorn Company in Manila.
Moreover, she is a global social media strategist and an astute accountant.
Aside from her recent achievement, she is also a contemporary dancer and member of the illustrious Binnadang Cultural Dance Troupe comprising of young men and women who promote Cordillera culture and have several screen appearances as an actress in short films.
