BAGUIO CITY February 03 – Three individuals were arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa at Lower Balacbac, Sto. Tomas Proper, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individuals as Jeffrey Mangapin Pistola 47, married, driver, Joseph Mangapin Pistola Jr., 42, married, helper and Martin Mangapin Pistola, 40, married, driver, all resident of Lower Balacbac, Baguio City.
Thy were arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Glenda Ortiz-Soriano of the Municipal Trial Court in cities (MTCC) Branch 2 in Baguio City with a recommended bail of P60,000 each for their temporary liberty.
The arrested individuals were brought to the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) headquarters for documentation prior to their turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
