PIDIGAN, Abra August 07 – Three persons were arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for murder in their residence at Matedted, Immuli, here, Monday dawn.
Police authorities identified the arrested individuals as Roy Laureta, 38, married, farmer, Sam Laureta, 39, married, farmer and Wilson Laureta alias Pittong, 33, married, farmer, all resident of Sitio Matedtedted, Barangay Immuli, Pidigan, Abra.
The three individuals were arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rafael Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 1 in Bangued for the crime of murder with no bail recommended for their temporary liberty.
The arrested persons were brought to the Pidigan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to their turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against them.
