Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet – From March 14 to 20, 2021, Cordillera cops arrested 33 wanted persons, of which one is listed as Most Wanted Person.
Records from the PROCOR Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD) reveals that Baguio City Police Office (CPO) has the most number of arrest with 19 wanted persons arrested, followed by Benguet Police Provincial Office (PPO) with eight arrests, Abra PPO with three, Kalinga PPO with two and Ifugao with one arrest.
Highlighting the week-long operations is the arrest of Nadres F. Bugnay, 65 years old, listed as No. 4 Most Wanted Person in the Municipal Level for the 1st Quarter 2021 of Itogon MPS.
Bugnay was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marietta S Brawner-Cualing of the Branch 9, La Trinidad, Benguet for the Violation of RA 7610 also known as “Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act”. (PROCOR RPIO)
