LA TRINIDAD, Benguet March 12 – Four persos were arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged attempted homicide at sitio Obulan, Beckel, here, Monday.
Chief Inspector Joeffer Banglayan, chief of the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station, identified the arrested individuals as Jervi Antino Lingsit, Rodel Pontino Pater, Ruel Pontino Pater and Roderick Binay-An Dou.
The four individuals were arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Clarita Casuga-Tabin of the Municipal Trial Court in cities (MTCC) Branch 4 in Baguio City for alleged attempted homicide with a recommended bail bond of P40,000 each for their temporary liberty.
The arrested individuals were brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to their turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against them.
