ROSALES, Pangasinan – Four persons, including a punong barangay, were arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents after having found in their possession alleged shabu and other drug paraphernalia during a buy bust operation at Carmen West, here, recently.
Police identified the arrested individuals and the confiscated items as barangay Captain Victor Licudan Chan, 48 , married, seized 4 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu; Alex Obedoza Pascua, 38, married, conductor, seized 4 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu; Isaac Pascua Rabara, 41, married, construction worker, seized 3 heat-sealed transparent sachets containing suspected shabu, and Nasser Pomantok Niento, 37, married, construction worker, seized 3 transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu and aluminum foil. All residents of Carmen West, Rosales, Pangasinan.
All arrested and the confiscated items were brought to the Rosario Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against them before the provincial prosecutor’s office.
