TABUK CITY, Kalinga – A new four-storey elementary school building worth 52 million pesos is set to be constructed at Bulanao Central School, with the convergence of the Department of Education (DepEd)-Tabuk and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Lower Kalinga.
In a recent groundbreaking ceremony, District Engineer Ruby Uyam of DPHW-LKDEO said that this will be the largest elementary school building in the city, featuring 20 classrooms funded under the Basic Education Facilities Fund.
