Abra drug personality arrested

BANGUED, Abra – A 31-year old tricycle driver who is one of the notorious drug personality was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession alleged illegal drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia during a buy bust operation at Lingtan, here, recently.
Superintendent Mark Pespes, officer-in-charge of the Abra Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested drug personality as Juliemar Belena Millare, 31, single, Tricycle Driver, a resident of Brgy. Lingtan Bangued, Abra.
Confiscated from his possession by the operating troops were three (3) transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, Php500.00 (buy-bust money), and illegal drug paraphernalia.
The arrested drug personality was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation awaiting the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the provincial prosecutor’s office.
