Lagayan, Abra – The province’s No. 2 top most wanted person facing murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Dumayco, Ba-i, here, Monday
Abra police officials identified the arrested wanted individual as Bonifacio Ruben Balao-as alias Boni, 42, married, farmer, resident of Sitio Dumayco, barangay Ba-i, Lagayan, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Corpuz Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 in Bangued for murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted individual was brought to the Lagayan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
