SAN JUAN, Abra – The province’s No. 6 top most wanted person facing murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his alleged hideout at North Poblacion, here, Saturday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Reckson Ayaba Latawan, 31, single, farmer, a native and resident of Brgy. Alaoa, Tineg, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge corpus Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 in Bangued for murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the San Juan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
