Two more Pinoy fighters were added to the fight cards of ONE: Revolution scheduled on September 24, 2021 at Singapore.
Team Lakay’s Lito Adiwang will finally get to square off against Hexigetu of China while featherweight Roel Rosauro will take on American James Yang. Both fights are in the lead card.
Adiwang was supposed to face Hexigetu last January but the Chinese was forced to withdraw when his hometown Hebei, China went into lockdown due to a COVID-19 spike.
Adiwang faced Namiki Kawahara in his stead and proceeded to knock him out in the second round to rebound from a loss against compatriot Hiroshi Minowa.
Adiwang was scheduled to be back in The Circle last April against Jarred Brooks but the bout was canceled after the “Thunder Kid” was tested positive for COVID-19.
He is sporting a 12-3 win-loss record coming into the fight.
On the other hand, Hexigetu is coming off a win against Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirich on October 2020. He is on a three-bout winning streak and is 4-1 in ONE bouts. He is 9-4 overall in his career.
Meanwhile, Roel Rosauro carries a 5-3 win-loss record coming to his match against Yang. He is 1-2 in ONE bouts but is coming off a win against Yohan Mulia Legowo in January 2020.
Joshua Pacio will defend his ONE strawweight world title against rival and former tormentor Yosuke Saruta in the third meeting between these two of the best ONE strawweights.
