BAGUIO CITY May 09 – A 40-year old advertising agent was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged estafa along Dominican-Mirador road, here, Tuesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Bhelee Rivera Olay, 40, married, advertising agent, and resident of Dominican barangay, Baguio City.
The said individual was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Leody M. Oplinto of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 3 in Baguio City for estafa with a recommended bail of P80,000 for the said person’s temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) headquarters for documentation prior to turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against the said individual.
