ALFONSO LISTA, Ifugao – The town’s No. 3 most wanted person facing attempted murder and carnapping charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants in his residence at Gonzaga St., Santiago City, Isabela, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted individual as Danilo Pina Pascual, 51, married, jobless and a resident of Gonzaga Street, Purok 4, Santiago City Isabela.
He was arrested by virtue of separate warrants of arrest issued by Judge Rufus G. Malecdan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 5 in Alfonso Lista attempted murder and carnapping with a total recommended bail of P300,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Alfonso Lista Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
