ALFNSO LISTA, Ifugao February 07 – The town’s No. 4 top most wanted person facing two counts of attempted murder was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Sibalon, Sta. Maria, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Henry Lagmay Lumauig, 59, married, farm caretaker, and resident of Sitio Sibalon, Sta. Maria, Alfonso, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rufus G. Malecdan, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 15 in Alfonso Lista with a total recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted individual was brought to the Alfonso Lista Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
