CALANASAN, Apayao – Students of Apayao National Industrial Agricultural High School (ANIAHS) in this town have added gadgets for their online and internet learning with the turnover of 60 units of tablets to the educational institution recently at Poblacion, Calanasan.
Board Member Kyle Mariah Chelseah Bulut-Cunan oversaw the ceremonial handing over of tablets which was made possible under the Grants and Donations program of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and the Office of Vice Governor Hon. Remy Albano.
It is hoped that the gadgets given shall provide the beneficiaries the necessary learning resources to access high-quality public education.
The program was established in 2018 to assist yApayaos in need for which a budget was given for the provincial council to demonstrate their commitment to serving the people and the province.
Bulut-Cunan, in her short talk, mentioned that the provincial government desires all Apayao students to be given the education they need to succeed in the contemporary world. With education, she said, all yApayao will have self-assurance, become law-abiding citizens, and valuable members of their localities.
The lady legislator likewise added that such technological gadgets will continue to be distributed throughout the other towns of Apayao to attain equitable education in all parts of the province. By Krizza Joy Castillo
