LUNA, Apayao – The provincial Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) successfully held a two-day One-Stop-Shop Caravan on July 25-26, 2024, at the Apayao Eco-Tourism and Sports Complex Clubhouse in San Gregorio, Luna with around 500 participants, including employees of the provincial government and line agencies, as well as other residents of Apayao, took advantage of the free services offered.
The caravan featured services from PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, Bureau of Internal Revenue, National Bureau of Investigation, and Government Service Insurance System, all in one convenient location. Attendees were able to renew expired clearances, register tax identification numbers, and access a variety of other services.
One-stop shops like this caravan enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and convenience of government services, benefiting citizens and promoting good governance. By Michelle Acantilado
