LUNA, Apayao – The provincial legislators held their 38th Regular Session presided over by Vice Governor Remy N. Albano on October 8, 2024, at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall in San Isidro Sur where the Sangguniang Panlalawigan members acted on several proposed ordinances, communications, and committee reports.
During the session, the legislators approved a resolution on the Annual Investment Plan–Supplemental Budget of the province for various priority development programs, projects and activities.
Additionally, they approved on second reading 6 municipal ordinances and a request for a resolution authorizing the governor to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the City Savings Bank pertaining to loan services for employees of the provincial government.
Present among the board members include Kyle Mariah Chelsea Bulut-Cunan, Vincent Talattag, Elmer Canonizado, Rosario Labueng, Jr., Emiliano Galleon, Hanz Gerald Palacay, Marcial Valiente, Mcleen Julian, Alison Betat, and John Anthony Amid.
