LUNA, Apayao – The province’s No. 3 drug personality was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants for violation of the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 9165 and RA 10591 or the New Firearms Control Law in his residence at Dagupan, here, Tuesday.
Senior Superintendent Felix Dayag, officer-in-charge of the Apayao Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested drug personality as Enrique M. Bulong at their residence at barangay Dagupan, Luna, Apayao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francisco S. Donato of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 26 in Luna for violation of the provisions of RA 9165 and RA 10591 with a total recommended bail of P480,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted individual was subsequently brought to the Luna Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
