CONER, Apayao – The province’s No. 4 top most wanted person facing incest and attempted rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants in his residence at Ganggat, Calafug, here, Sunday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Faustino Ferrer Gagarin, 42, widower, farmer, and a resident of Ganggat, Calafug, Conner, Apayao.
He was arrested by virtue of separate warrants of arrest issued by Judge Francisco S. Donato of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 23 in Luna, Apayao for incest rape and attempted rape with no bail and a recommended bail of P150,000 for his temporary liberty, respectively.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Conner Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
