LUNA, Apayao – The province’s No. 5 top most wanted person facing rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents in his alleged hideout at Asuncion Street, Morning Breeze Subdivision, Barangay 84, Caloocan City.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Vicente Tabbu Licayo, native of Tuao Cagayan, and a resident of Asuncion Street, Morning Breeze Subdivision, Barangay 84, Caloocan City.
Licayo has a P90,000 cash reward for his arrest that placed him as Apayao’s No. 4 top most wanted person during the first quarter of this year and the No. 5 top most wanted person of the province for the second quarter this year.
He was charged for the crime of Rape in Relation to RA 7610 issued by Judge Quirino M. Andaya of RTC branch 26 Luna, Apayao.
Previously, Licayo was listed as the No. 1 top most wanted person in Conner town from 2015 to 2017.
The suspect was employed as a caretaker in one of the apartments at Morning Breeze Subdivision, Barangay 84, Caloocan City when he was spotted at a 7/11 Convenient Store at Sangandaan, Caloocan City in the night of June 29, 2018. Since then, continuous and accurate updates and information eventually led to his arrest.
