City officials recently congratulated and commended the Baguio Fire Station and its substations under the leadership of City Fire Marshal Fire Superintendent Marisol Hernandez Odiver for the successful implementation of the Fire Square Roadshows.
Under Resolution No. 305, series of 2024, local legislators stated that the continuous efforts to strive to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the safety and well being of the city, the Baguio City Fire Station deserves utmost commendation.
Earlier, the Baguio City fire Station, in pursuit of its unwavering commitment to public service, conducted two successful Fire Square Roadshows in Malcolm Square and SM City Baguio on March 17, and April 5, 2024, respectively.
The council claimed that the aforesaid events provided an excellent platform for the passionate men and women of the Baguio City Fire Station to effectively communicate the bureau’s vision of ensuring a fire safe nation.
Further, with the participation of not less than 800 attendees from various partner schools and other interested individuals, the said roadshows underscored the Baguio Fire Station’s commitment to proactive community engagement and fire prevention efforts for a safe city and nation.
