BAGUIO CITY – Combined police operatives and intelligence of different police units in the Cordillera and Ilocos regions successfully arrested the principal suspect in the brutal murder of a 15-year old teenager and her live in partner during a police operation along Dampay St., Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan in the evening of February 6, 2019.
Superintendent Allan Docyogen, Chief of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) intelligence branch, identified the arrested wanted individual as Marites Rilloraza Judan, 39, married, who was elevated as the No.1 top most wanted person of Baguio City while named his arrested partner as Manuel Carbonel Balangatan.
Judan is the primary suspect in the brutal murder of 15-year old Allery Wagayen inside their residence in Pinsao Proper, Baguio City on May 24, 2016 where she allegedly inflicted to the young girl 13 stab wounds and left her lifeless inside the comfort room of the house.
The ‘killer maid’ was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery with homicide under Criminal Case No. 39383-R issued by Judge Emmanuel Cacho Rasing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 3 of Baguio City; a warrant of arrest for qualified theft under Criminal Case No. 4443 issued by Judge Ethelwolda Jaravata of the RTC Branch 34 in Balauan, La Union and a warrant of arrest for adultery under Criminal Case No. 42906 issued by Judge Edilberta Caciano of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) in San Fernando City, La Union.
Further Judan and Balangatan were arrested because they were the alleged primary suspects in a most recent robbery incident in Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur last January 5, 2019.
On the other hand, Judan is also the primary suspect in a qualified theft case in Banggar, La Union.
The ‘Killer Maid’ has been hiding under the aliases Marites Rilloraza, Florence Macaalay, Marites de Guzman, Brenda Mendoza, and Brenda Ducusin.
Docyogen claimed that Judan is allegedly known as a notorious theft and murderer posing as a housemaid considering that her involvement in various cases became sensational in the past.
Judan was brought to the Baguio City Jail Female Dormitory to await the disposal of the cases that were filed against her before the various courts in Baguio City and La Union.
