Bakun, Benguet – The town’s No. 1 and 2 top most wanted persons facing murder charges were successively arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in their reported hideouts at Abatan Proper, Buguias, Benguet, recently.
Senior Superintendent Florante Camuyot, officer-in-charge of the Benguet Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individuals as Aldrick Buyuccan Dulnuan, 23, single, farmer; and Jepoy Licyayo Duyapat, 26, single, farmer, both residents of Poblacion, Hungduan, Ifugao.
The arrested individuals were collared by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Sergio Angnganay, acting presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 64 in Abatan, Buguias, Benguet for murder with no bail recommended for their temporary liberty.
The said individuals were subsequently brought to the Buguias Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to their turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against them.
