Mr. Peter John Balcita of the Region I Electric Cooperatives Association, Inc. (RECA I) emerge as the Grand Champion of the RODEO KING 2025 competition at the Luzon Rodeo Line Workers’ and Third Warriors of Light Summit at Melvin Jones Grandstand, Baguio City on May 22, 2025.
Representing the La Union Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LUELCO), Balcita demonstrated exceptional efficiency and mastery of essential work skills throughout the competition.
He will represent Luzon in the national rodeo to be held in Aklan on June 5-6, 2025.
