Baguio City – The Baguio City Police Station’s No. 1 top most wanted person facing estafa charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents of the BCPO at his residence on July 6, 2018.
Police authorities identified the arrested person as Rey Valiente Cacdac, 32 years old, single, businessman and resident of Liwanag Loakan, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Judge Cecilia Corazon S. Dulay-Archog of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 6 with recommended bail of Php1,000,000.00. He was brought to Police Station 9, BCPO, for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court.
The accused was listed as the No. 1 top most wanted person at Station Level for the 2nd Quarter 2018.
