BAGUIO CITY – The No. 2 wanted person of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Station No. 9 facing theft charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his detention cell at the Dagupan City Police office, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, Friday.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daseo, BCPO officer-in-charge, identified the arrested wanted individual as Marvin Lomboy Olibac alias Marvin Lomboy Vendiola, 28, jobless, single and a native of Liksi, Manaoag, Pangasinan.
The wanted individual was earlier arrested by operatives of the Dagupan City Police Office for violation of the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Law while he was also serve a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mana Liza Teongson Tabora of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 7 in Baguio City for theft with a recommended bail of P20,000 for his temporary liberty.
He was subsequently brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
