Mr. Benguet Culture 2022 Kevin Beray made the Benguet community proud by finishing strong as he made it to the top 10 in Hari ng Pilipinas 2022 held recently, in Ormoc City, Leyte.
The 20-year-old Bachelor of Arts in Political Science student wowed the judges during the preliminaries making him advance to the top 20 out of 43 competitors. The 20 semi-finalists went through another tough and intense competition trimming them down to the best 10.
The 10 finalists gave their remarkable answers during the question and answer portion which helped the judges determine the top 3. Hari Ng Pilipinas 2022 was conferred to Negros Occidental, Unang Lakan to Negros Oriental, and Ikalawang Lakan to Laguna.
Having shown an incredible performance during the national pageant, all the top 10 placers will be invited to various international pageants that are networked with Hari ng Pilipinas.
The management of the national pageant has informed Beray’s handlers that the iBenguet bet is invited as the country’s representative to the Mr. Culture World in February 2023 which will be held in Vietnam.
Beray was under the care of by Glam Team headed by Andrew Visaya Jr, Adivay 2022 Achievement Awardee for Fashion Design and Arts, Jetrix Guzman, and Ronnie Reyes.
Also present to cheer the Benguet team was Executive Assistant to Benguet Governor Dr Ryan Guinaran as Gov. Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas greatly supports youth development in various endeavors and backs the MMB activity to be a year-long youth advocacy program. By SAP Jr.
