LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – The province’s No. 6 top most wanted person facing illegal recruitment in large-scale charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on an alias warrant in her residence at Kesbeng, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Windylene Ladyog Cadap, 26, single, resident of Central Buyagan, Poblacion, La Trinidad, Benguet.
She was arrested by virtue of an alias warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jennifer P. Humiding of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 63 in La Trinidad for illegal recruitment in large-scale with no bail recommended for her temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against her.

Please be informed that at about 1:15 PM on May 4, 2018, at Kesbeng, La Trinidad, Benguet, Tracker Team of La Trinidad MPS, PIB, PIDMB, RIU-14, RID, and Tublay MPS arrested Windylene Ladyog Cadap, 26 y/o, single, resident of Central Buyagan, Poblacion, La Trinidad, Benguet. She was arrested by virtue of Alias Warrants of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Jennifer P. Humiding, of Regional Trial Court, First Judicial Region, Branch 63, La Trinidad, Benguet docketed under Crim. Case Nos. 15-CR-10601 for Illegal Recruitment in Large Scale without bail and 15-CR-10600 for Estafa with bail of Php16,000.00. Warrant of Arrest was issued on July 22, 2015 and was received by La Trinidad MPS on July 26, 2015.
Accused is listed Number 6 Top Most Wanted Person – Provincial Level for 2nd Quarter 2018. Arrested was brought to La Trinidad MPS for documentation (Ten Prints and Mug Shot) and medical examination before delivering to the issuing court.
