LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – The Benguet Police Provincial Office (PPO) headed by Provincial Director PCol. Damian Olsim and Provincial Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (PAGPTD) chaired by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas received P500,000 from the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag. The financial support was personally turned over to Gov. Diclas by Consul Sun Weidong in a ceremony held at the Provincial Capitol on June 09.
The donation will be used to support the Pailaw Project of the PPO PAGPTD which has been benefiting hundreds of individuals needing electricity at their homes.
Gov. Diclas expressed gratitude to the People’s Republic of China for recognizing the advisory’s endeavors through their assistance.
The consul also assured the PNP and the advisory of their continued support to bringing basic services to the people.
