BAGUIO CITY – The No. 2 top most wanted person in nearby Benguet was arrested by combined police operatives inside the Maharlika Livelihood Center around 11 pm Monday.
Senior Superintendent Rolando F. Miranda, officer-in-charge of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested wanted individual as Marlon Letec Onsat, 25, single, and a native of Banawel, Tapno, Natonin Mt. Province.
He was arrested by elements of the Benguet Provincial Public Safety Company and BCPO by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Danilo Camacho of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 64 based in Buguias town for the crime of rape with no bail recommended.
He was brought to the BCPO headquarters for proper documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the rape case filed against him.
He was listed the No. 2 wanted person based on the PNP’s Oplan Lambat Sibat.
