As part of the Basic Education learning continuity plan of DepED, Benguet NHS applies new strategies to ensure a smooth enrollment process for SY 2021-2022 that adheres to the guidelines and standards set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-IED).
The school offers a “range of options” to learners and parents on how they would like to be counted for this coming school year, they can avail of the Online Enrollment system through these links: for incoming Grade 7: https://bit.ly/G7EnrollmentForm and for transfer-ins: https://bit.ly/TransfereeEF. Parents who are not capable of doing it through online, they can come to school for the onsite enrollment.
Before the previous school year ends last July 10, 2021, the class advisers of the different grade levels conducted an interview with the learners if they will still continue their schooling in the same institution for this coming school year. Questions such as: preferred distance learning modality; availability and type of devices to use for learning; and internet connectivity and an update on their basic profiles were asked. Relative to this, Mr. Nestor O. Dalay-on, PhD., the school principal set a day where class advisers can enroll their students online through the school’s LMS for the next grade level.
Indeed, there is no pandemic which can stop our students from learning, with the cooperation and collaboration of school management, teachers, stakeholders and parents, there is no way where education will not continue. By Eugene A. Espiritu
