BUGIAS, Benguet – A 31-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives in his residence during the service of his warrant issued by La Union-based court at Balili, Sebang here recently.
Superintendent Cherry Fajardo, public information officer of the Police Regional Office (PRO) in the Cordillera, identified the arrested individual as Jesus Galinggana Aquino JR., 31 years old, married, farmer, a resident of Balili, Sebang, Buguias, Benguet.
He was arrested by vurtie of separate warrants issued by Judge Debbie G. Dulay-Del Val, of the MTC, Naguilian, La Union for the crime of Attempted Homicide and Less Physical Injuries docketed under Criminal Case number 5144 and 5145 with recommended bail of P24,000.00 and P4,000.00. Subject person is now under the custody of Buguias MPS for documentation prior to turn-over to the issuing court, respectively.
The arrested individual was brought to the Buguias Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the cases filed against him.
