Joint personnel of Kapangan Municipal Polise Station and Criminal Investigation and Detection Group of Benguet arrested a Bus Helper who is facing charges of rape and acts of lasciviousness on July 6, 2018.
Police authorities identified the arrested person as Mars Calawa “Bogas” Laduan, 37 years, single, bus helper, native and resident of Mangga, Balakbak,Kapangan, Benguet.
He was arrested in Barangay Belance, Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Marietta S, Brawner-Cualing, the Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 9, First Judicial Region, La Trinidad, Benguet.
The accused was brought to Kapangan MPS for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court.
