BAGUIO CITY – A 47-year old businessman arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide along Abanao St., here, Tuesday afternoon.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, acting city director of the Baguio City Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Calixto Addug Bagiw Jr., 47, married, businessman, and a resident of No. 271 Marcos Highway, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Clarita Casuga Tabin of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 4 for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide with a recommended bail bond of P30,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was subsequently brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
