BAGUIO CITY – A 32-year old businesswoman was injured after she was shot on her jaw by a still unidentified gunman who barged inside her house and took her cash and valuables at Middle Quirino Hill, here, Sunday dawn.
Police authorities identified the victim as Nelia Langbao, 32, businesswoman, and a resident of 132-1 Middle Quirino Hill, Baguio City.
Initial police investigation showed the victim was about to lock the door of their residence when the still unidentified suspect suddenly barged inside, took her sling back containing at least P25,000, a Smart phone and other valuable documents, shot her on her jaw and immediately fled towards an undisclosed direction.
The victim was rushed to the Pines City Doctors Hospital for medical treatment where she is now in stable condition while the suspect is now the subject of a manhunt by responding police operatives.
