BAGUIO CITY – A 29year old call center was found dead inside his car with a lone gunshot wound on his head by concerned residents along Brawer Road here around 10:35 am Thursday.
Police authorities identified the slain individual as Jerome de Guzman Adalin, 29, an employee of Sitel Corporation and a resident of UHRDI, Dominican-Mirador, Baguio City.
Initial police investigation showed concerned residents called up the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO Station No. 1 based along Naguilian Road to inform them of a dead person inside his parked car along Brawer Road,
Responding police operatives, together with elements of the scene of the crime operation (SOCO) team, discovered Adalin’s body inside a black Honda civic car parked along the road.
SOCO personnel claimed the victim sustained a lone gunshot wound on the right back portion of his head that exited on the left side of his head and that the type of firearm used is still being determined.
The victim’s aunt, a certain Lea Villanueva and her cousin, a certain Troy, reportedly identified the victim through his clothes.
Probers are still ascertaining whether or not the victim was robbed after his brutal murder considering that his cellphone, wallet and other personal belongings were missing.
The case is still subject to followup investigation by the concerned police personnel.
