The sessions concluded through parent-child activities, such as love letter workshop and family foundation seminar.
The YDS is an offshoot of the September 2018 Memorandum of Agreement among the different agencies of the Police Regional Office Cordillera represented by its regional director, Rolando Z. Nana, the Cordillera office of the DSWD represented by OIC-Regional Director Janet P. Armas, and the Department of Education-Cordillera Administrative Region represented by May B. Eclar.
The project was conceptualized mainly to conduct YDS among the youth of Cordillera in the different high schools within the region. Specifically, it seeks to guide students on their ability to analyze their strengths and weaknesses and have self esteem and motivation, create responsible students who concentrate and are motivated on their own life goals and build youth who show good stewardship.
