A carpenter was arrested on July 19, 2018 in relation to a warrant of arrest issued against him for rape.
Police authorities identified the arrested suspect as Felix Jaquias Cabigas, 40, married, carpenter and a resident of Sitio Lugit, barangay Patucannay, Tayum, Abra.
Investigation disclosed that joint personnel of Tayum MPS and Bucloc MPS effected the arrest on July 19 at around 11:50 AM, in the suspect’s address, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Marita Bernales Balloguing of RTC Br 20, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur for seven counts of rape with no bail.
The suspect was brought to Tayum MPS for documentation and proper disposition prior turn over to the court concerned.
