TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The city government, under the leadership of Mayor Darwin Estrañero, and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Tabuk City Field Office headed by Helen Lacuesta, honored five police officers for their exceptional service in recovering a carnapped motorcycle and returning it to its rightful owner.
The officers were recognized for their dedication, vigilance, and commitment to upholding public service, integrity, and justice.
The five officers commended for their outstanding efforts are PSSg Christian Dale Manadao, PSSg Frankson Pagui-en, PSSg Ritcher Fannot, PSSg Charlo Kiat-ong, PCpl Clinton Baglinit, and PCpl Christopher Focasan.
Their swift and decisive actions were praised as a reflection of the Philippine National Police’s dedication to maintaining peace, order, and protecting the welfare of the community.
Mayor Estrañero’s administration remains committed to ensuring peace and order in the city, sending a strong message to criminals about the consequences of their actions.
The Tabuk City Police Station, led by PLTCOL Benson Macli-ing, has also been actively encouraging public cooperation in maintaining peace and order.
Authorities have reminded residents to immediately report any criminal activities for proper and immediate action.
The commendation ceremony was held on January 20, 2025 during the regular flag raising ceremony at the Tabuk Peoples Gym, witnessed by Tabuk City Police Station Acting Chief PLTCOL Benson Macli-ing, Vice Mayor Dick Bal-o, Councilor Lucretina Sarol, and Liga ng mga Barangay President Alejandro Cos-agon.
