The training covered various topics, including Function of Management, 5 M’s of Management, Human Behavior in Organization (HBO), Importance of Human Behavior in Organization, Goal HBO, Nature of HBO, Financial Literacy, Leadership, and Basic Customer Service.
Jennifer P. Daligdig, the municipal social welfare and development officer of this town, emphasized the importance of having good models in the community. During her talk in the training, she encouraged the participants to sustain their capital for increased profit, ultimately contributing to the alleviation of hunger and poverty.
“Many are called but few are chosen. This saying reminds you that the government look upon you with high regards and trust. Be a model to everyone, embrace and succeed. Your capital will be sustained and have more profit to mitigate hunger and poverty,” Daligdig said. By Maureen Legazpi
