LUNA, Apayao— The municipal government inaugurated their newly constructed Municipal Hall or the Balay Daya yConnerian on June 25, 2024 as part of the celebration of the town’s 61st founding anniversary.
The inauguration brought together government officials, municipal leaders, and community members. The presence of Governor Elias C. Bulut, Jr. added to the occasion’s significance.
In his address, Bulut emphasized the importance of ongoing infrastructure development in Conner that have significantly improved connectivity and accessibility for residents.
Mayor Atty. Jorico F. Bayaua remarked that the new Municipal Hall symbolizes the collective efforts and aspirations of Conner’s residents. He noted that this facility is a testament to the dedication and hard work of both past and present municipal officials.
The event commenced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially opening the facility to the public. A solemn blessing ceremony followed, dedicating the new municipal town hall, which has been thoughtfully designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
The inauguration underscored the municipal government’s commitment to prioritize the well-being of the community and ensure that public services are accessible to all residents.
