A construction worker fell to the hands of the authorities to face cases of alleged Homicuide and murder filed against him.
The arrest happened at about 10:30 AM of August 18, 2018 at Purok 27, Upper San Carlos Heights, Baguio City by joint operatives of PS1, PS5, BCPO and CIDG-Baguio.
The arrested person was identified as Arnel Pacla Regala, 35, construction worker and a resident of the above stated place.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Ma. Belen Ringpis Liban of RTC 3rd Judicial Region, Br 85, Malolos, Bulacan.
The subject was brought to the Police Station 1, Baguio City Police Office for documentation and proper disposition prior turn-over to the issuing court.
