PUZZORUBIO, Pangasinan – The No. 6 top most wanted person in the Cordillera facing a battery of charges was arrested by combined police operatives in his alleged hideout at Zone 2, Palacpalac here Friday.
Chief Super indent Ulysses G. Abbellera, acting regional director of the Police Regional Office (PRO) in the Cordillera, identified the arrested notorious robbery suspect as Cesar Lacpaen Pandayan alias Kawayan or Roy C. Camaton.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of the provisions of Presidential Decree (PD) 1866 as amended by Republic Act (RA) 8294 and further amended by RA 9516.
He is alleged a member of the Allen Langtiwan robbery group under the watch list of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO which is an existing robbery group operating in Baguio city and nearby localities. He is also a notorious member of the dreaded acetylene gang operating nationwide.
The arrested individual was subsequently brought to the Puzzorubio Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing courts for the disposal of the charges filed against him.
